Anacondas: The Hunt for the Blood Orchid (juga dikenal sebagai Anaconda 2: The Black Orchid, Anaconda 2: The Hunt for the Blood Orchid, atau hanya Anaconda 2) adalah film jagal-horor tahun 2004 dan sekuel yang berdiri sendiri untuk film 1997 Anaconda. Film ini disutradarai oleh Dwight H. di Little dan ditulis oleh Hans Bauer, Jim Cash, dan Jack Epps, Jr dari film aslinya. Alur utama film ini adalah saat Jack, Sam, Gail dan Mitchell yang menetapkan ke pulau Kalimantan untuk mencari bunga suci Perrinia Immortalis, yang mereka percaya akan membawa manusia lebih lama dan hidup sehat, atau mungkin bahkan menyembuhkan kanker.Tiba di Indonesia mereka berjumpa Cole dan Ben lalu mencari seseorang yang akan membantu mereka yaitu Tran dan Bill. Kalimantan sendiri di film ini digambarkan seperti hutan Amazon. Asal usul raksasa anakonda dari film aslinya juga dijelaskan.Hingga satu persatu anggota yang tewas karena Anaconda dan tersisa Bill,Sam,Gail dan Cole.
