Alhfrith atau Ealhfrith (skt. 630 – skt. 664) merupakan seorang Raja Deira selama rezim ayahandanya Oswiu, Raja Bernicia, dari tahun 655 hingga setelah 664. Ia dilantik oleh Oswiu sebagai rekan-pemimpin, Alhfrith diduga berselisih dengan ayahandanya mengenai kebijakan agama, yang menimbulkan munculnya Sinode Whitby pada tahun 664. Setelah ini, Alhfrith menghilang dari catatan sejarah.
