रापा नुई लोग
रापा नुई (रापा नुई: [ˈɾapa ˈnu.i], स्पेनिश: [ˈrapa ˈnu.i]) ईस्टर द्वीप के स्वदेशी पोलिनेशियाई लोग हैं। सबसे पूर्वी पोलिनेशियाई संस्कृति, ईस्टर द्वीप के मूल लोगों के वंशज वर्तमान ईस्टर द्वीप की आबादी का लगभग ६०% हिस्सा बनाते हैं और उनकी आबादी का एक महत्वपूर्ण हिस्सा मुख्य भूमि चिली में रहता है। वे पारंपरिक रापा नुई भाषा और चिली की प्राथमिक भाषा, स्पेनिश, दोनों बोलते हैं।[1] २०१७ की जनगणना में ७,७५० द्वीप निवासी थे - लगभग सभी आश्रय वाले पश्चिमी तट पर हंगा रोआ गाँव में रहते थे।
