निकाह
निकाह : इस्लाम में निकाह एक शादी का क़ानूनी अनुबंध है। (अरबी: عقد القران 'अक़्द अल-क़िरान,"शादी के अनुबंध"; उर्दू: نکاح نامہ;निकाह नामा) वधू और वधुवर के बीच शरिया के अनुसार अनुबंध। या दूल्हे और दुल्हन के बीच एक क़रार नामा है। इस निकाह के लिये दोनों की अनुमती होना ज़रूरी है। दुल्हे को चाहिये कि निकाह का शुल्क जिसे "महर" कहा जाता है, अदा करना पडता है। इस्लाम में निकाह एक संस्कार ना होकर मात्र एक अधिकार (कान्ट्रैक्ट) है। इस्लाम धर्म मे निकाह के बाद पत्नी का पति के शरीर पर एवं पति का पत्नी के शरीर पर अधिकार होता है। [1][2]
इस निकाह में दुल्हा और दुल्हन की तरफ़ से दो मुस्लिम गवाह होना चाहिए और एक वकील होना भी ज़रूरी है, वकील का मतलब कोर्ट का लायर नही बल्कि वकालत करने रिश्तेदार या दोस्त का होना भी आवश्यक माना जाता है। इस तरीक़े को शरीयत या शरिया या इस्लामीय न्यायसूत्र का तरीका कहते हैं। [3] इस निकाह को "निकाह-मिन-सुन्नह" या सुन्नत तरीक़े से किया गया निकाह कहते हैं।

[संपादित करें]निकाह के लगवी मानी जमा करना, मिलाना, गांठ बांधना और एक दुसरे में दाखिल होने के हैं। और शरई मानी “मियां-बीवी के बीच अकद जिससे वती (सोहबत) करना हलाल” होता है।[4]
