केन्द्रीय निगरानी प्रणाली
केन्द्रीय निगरानी प्रणाली (अंग्रेज़ी: Central Monitoring System) डेटा संग्रह प्रणाली है जिसका संचालन भारत सरकार द्वारा किया जाता है। इसको भारतीय संसद में 2012 में प्रस्तावित किया गया था तथा अप्रैल 2013 से इसने कार्य करना शुरू कर दिया।[1]अग्रेज़ी समाचारपत्र द हिन्दू की शालिनी सिंह द्वारा इसे अमेरिकी सरकार के विवादास्पद इसी तरह के प्रोग्राम प्रिज़्म की तरह हस्तक्षेप करने वाला बताया गया है।[2]
संरचना
[संपादित करें]केन्द्रीय निगरानी प्रणाली भारत सरकार को फोन पर हो रही बातचीत सुनने, ई मेल और टेक्स्ट संदेशों को पढ़ने, फेसबुक, ट्विटर या लिंक्डइन के पोस्ट पर निगरानी रखने और गूगल की खोजो पर नज़र रखने में सहायता प्रदान करती है।[3]
इस को स्थापित दिल्ली की सीमा के नज़दीक स्थित भारत सरकार के उद्यम सेंटर फॉर डवलेपमेंट ऑफ टेलीमैटिक्स द्वारा किया गया था।[2]
