The New Workout Plan הוא הסינגל החמישי והאחרון של אמן ההיפ הופ האמריקאי קניה וסט, מתוך אלבום הבכורה שלו, The College Dropout. הוא יצא לאור בסוף אוגוסט 2004, והגיע למקום ה-59 במצעד שירי ההיפ הופ/R&B של בילבורד. לשיר יצא רמיקס רשמי, שאותו הפיק ליל ג'ון ומשתתפים בו הזמרים טוויסטה, לות'ר קמפבל, ג'ון לג'נד, אנה ניקול סמית', GLC ופונזוורת' בנטלי. מאוחר יותר הרמיקס נכלל גם ב-DVD בשם "The College Dropout Video Anthology". בשיר משתתפת הכנרת הישראלית מירי בן-ארי.
בתחילת השיר בחורות מגיבות לסרטון אימון בדיוני שנוצר על ידי קניה וסט. השיר כולל "עדויות" בדיוניות של נשים שעברו בהצלחה את תוכנית האימון והצליחו להשיג בזכותו אורח חיים בזבזני הודות להיותן בכושר. הסינגל הוא נקיטת עמדה סאטירית על האבסורד שנשים זוכות להערכה רק בגלל הגוף שלהן, ושגברים מוערכים רק בגלל כספם.
בביקורת על השיר נאמר ש, למרות התייחסויות לפן השטחי בשיר- שיוחס בביקורת למה שווסט באמת חושב ומאמין, ״הבחור הזה (ווסט) מצליח לעשות חביב למרות הכל חביב למרות הכל״, ונתן ביקורת חיובית מאוד לווסט בשיר זה, ואף טען שבחלק מהזמן התחרה ב״אחד הביטים הכי טובים שלו״.[1]
