Just Stand Up! הוא שיר צדקה שבוצע על ידי מוזיקאיות שונות מסוגת הפופ, רית'ם אנד בלוז והרוק במסגרת הפרויקט "Stand Up to Cancer".[1] כל הכספים שנצברו מהכנסות השיר הועברו למען טיפול במחלת הסרטן.

השיר הגיע למקום ה-11 במצעד הבילבורד הוט 100.[2]

כותב השירים והמפיק המוזיקלי האמריקאי אנטוניו "אל. איי." ריד הגה את שיתוף הפעולה לאחר פגישה עם מייסד ה-"Stand Up to Cancer".[3][4][5] ריד כתב והפיק את השיר ביחד עם בייביפייס והוא יצא כסינגל ב-21 באוגוסט 2008.[6]

המוזיקאיות ביצעו את השיר בשידור חי בספיישל "Stand Up to Cancer", ששודר במקביל ברשתות הטלוויזיה האמריקאיות ABC,‏ CBS ו-NBC, ב-5 בספטמבר 2008.[7][8] השיר הופץ מחדש ב-30 בספטמבר 2008.

השיר הופיע במקום ה-78 במצעד הבילבורד הוט 100, כאשר יצא. בשבוע שלאחר מכן, הגיע למקום ה-11. עם זאת, בשבוע שלאחר מכן, ירד למקום ה-36. החל מאוקטובר 2013, "Just Stand Up!" נמכר בלמעלה מ-393,000 הורדות דיגיטליות בארצות הברית.[9] במצעד הסינגלים הבריטי, הוא הופיע במקום ה-39 ובהמשך הגיע למקום ה-26.

הופעה חיה

ההופעה עם השיר התקיימה באירוע "Stand Up 2 Cancer" ב-5 בספטמבר 2008 ושודרה במספר ערוצים. כל המוזיקאיות נכחו בהופעה פרט לליאן ריימס, שריל קראו ומליסה את'רידג', תוך שניקול שרזינגר מהפוסיקט דולז ביצעה את הקטע של קראו. מיד לאחר מכן, הייתה ההופעה זמינה לרכישה באייטונס.
