Río Kolyma

Localización do río Kolyma.

O río Kolyma é un dos grandes ríos de Rusia, localizado no extremo nordés de Siberia e que desemboca no golfo do Kolyma, un tramo de costa na parte central do mar de Siberia Oriental. Ten 2.513 km de lonxitude e verte nunha conca de 679.934 km² (maior que países como Birmania, Afganistán ou Francia). Afluentes seus son entre outros o río Omolon. Administrativamente, o río discorre pola república de Saxa e o óblast de Magadán, aínda que a súa conca comprende tamén partes do distrito autónomo de Chukotka.
