Grûnwet

In grûnwet, ek wol konstitúsje neamd, is in list fan wetten, foarskriften en regels. Yn dizze list stiet hoe't in lân bestjoerd wurde moat en wat elk syn taak is. In grûnwet kin net samar feroare wurde. Yn de grûnwet stiet ek beskreaun wat de grûnrjochgten fan eltse boarger binne. Sa hat eltsenien rjocht op:

  • frijheid fan ûnderwiis
  • frijeheid fan godstsjinst
  • drukpersfrijheid

De Nederlânske grûnwet is fan 1814 en is sûnt de ynfiering faak feroare. Dat sprekt foar himsels omdat boargers yn de rin fan de tiid ek feroare binne.
