Les statuts locaux grecs sont les assemblées locales de la première République grecque, organisées à partir de 1821.

Ils comprennent le Sénat de la Grèce continentale occidentale, l'Aréopage de la Grèce continentale orientale, l'Organisation du Sénat du Péloponnèse, le Régime provisoire de Crète et l'Organisation militaro-politique de l'île de Samos qui, pendant la guerre d'indépendance grecque, codifient certaines proto-constitutions ratifiées par les assemblées locales dans le but d'établir à terme un parlement centralisé sous une constitution unique.
