Anura Kumara Dissanayaka, né le 24 novembre 1968, est un homme politique sri-lankais.
Biographie
[modifier | modifier le code]En 2014, Anura Kumara Dissanayaka prend la tête du parti d'obédience marxiste Janatha Vimukthi Peramuna[1].
Lors des élection présidentielle srilankaise de 2022, Anura Kumara Dissanayaka est candidat pour le Janatha Vimukthi Peramuna[2].
Pour les élection présidentielle srilankaise de 2024, Anura Kumara Dissanayaka est de nouveau candidat[3]. Il s'engage à lutter contre la corruption et à modifier la fiscalité en abaissant la TVA sur les médicaments et les produits alimentaires de base. Les sondages le placent en tête avec 36 % des voix devant Sajith Premadasa, chef de l'opposition, avec 32 % des voix et le président sortant, Ranil Wickremesinghe, avec 28 % des voix[1].
