Acta Crystallographica Section D: Structural Biology (abrégé en Acta Crystallogr. Sect. D) est une revue scientifique à comité de lecture. Ce bimestriel publie des articles de recherches couvrant les aspects de la biologie structurale^[1].

D'après le Journal Citation Reports, le facteur d'impact de ce journal était de 3,227 en 2018. Actuellement, le directeur de publication est Andrew J. Allen (National Institute of Standards and Technology, États-Unis)^[2]. À partir de 2014 la revue est publiée exclusivement en ligne.

Le journal est fondé en 1948 sous le nom:

• Acta Crystallographica, 1948-1967 (ISSN 0365-110X)^[3]

Il est par la suite successivement séparé en 6 séries :
