Virginian yliopisto (engl. University of Virginia, lyh. UVA tai U.Va.) on julkinen tutkimusyliopisto Yhdysvalloissa. Se sijaitsee Charlottesvillessä Virginiassa, ja sen perusti Thomas Jefferson vuonna 1819.[2]

Vuonna 2016 U.S. News & World Report -⁠lehden rankingissä Virginian yliopisto sijoitettiin 24. tilalle parhaiden yhdysvaltalaisyliopistojen joukossa. Lukuvuoden opiskelu maksaa Virginian asukkaille noin 16 000 dollaria ja muille noin 45 000 dollaria vuodessa[1].

Virginian yliopiston nykyisiä graduate-tason tutkintoaloja ovat liiketalous, kasvatustiede, insinööritieteet, oikeustiede ja lääketiede.[1]

Yliopiston tunnetuihin alumneihin kuuluvat senaattori Edward Kennedy ja journalisti Katie Couric. Kirjailija Edgar Allan Poe sai aikoinaan eropassit yliopistosta hävittyään opiskelurahansa uhkapelissä, mutta hänen asuntolahuoneensa on museoitu.[1]
