Touggourtin maakunta (arab. ولاية تقرت, Wilāya Tuqqurt) eli wilaya on hallintoalue Algerian Saharassa. Sen hallinnollinen keskus on Touggourt[1]. Maakunnan pinta-ala on 17 428 neliökilometriä. Asukkaita on 247 200 henkeä (vuonna 2008, väestönlaskenta).[2]
Ouarglan maakunnasta erotettu[2] Touggourt sai täyden itsehallinnon vuonna 2021[3]. Se käsittää kuusi piirikuntaa eli daïraa, joihin kuuluu 14 kuntaa:
