Psuennes I tai Psusennes I (kreikaksi Ψουσέννης) oli Egyptin 21. dynastian kolmas faarao. Hän hallitsi Egyptiä Tanisin kaupungista vuosina 1047–1001 eaa. tai 1039–991 eaa. kuolemaansa saakka.[1] Psuennes on kreikkalainen versio hänen egyptinkielisestä nimestään, joka on Pasibkhanu tai Hor-Pasebakhaenniut. Hänen vanhempansa olivat Pinedjem I ja Henuttawy.

Hän meni naimisiin siskonsa Mutnedjmetin kanssa.
