Nathan Gregor Mendel (s. 2. joulukuuta 1968) on yhdysvaltalainen muusikko, joka on toiminut Foo Fighters -yhtyeen basistina vuodesta 1995 lähtien. Sitä ennen Mendel toimi Sunny Day Real Estate -yhtyeen basistina.
