Me and My Friends on kalifornialaisen rock-yhtye Red Hot Chili Peppersin single heidän vuoden 1987 albumiltaan The Uplift Mofo Party Plan. Kappale on albumin toinen single ja kolmas kappale. Albumin kappaleista yhteensä kolme oli singlejä, mutta kolmas single ”Behind the Sun” julkaistiin vasta vuonna 1992 yhtyeen kokoelma-albumilta What Hits!?. Yhtyeen laulaja Anthony Kiedis osoitti laulun ystävilleen, etenkin, heroiinin yliannostukseen seuraavana vuonna (1988) kuolleelle kitaristille Hillel Slovakille.
