Kelsey Serwa (s. 1. syyskuuta 1989) on kanadalainen freestylehiihtäjä, joka kilpailee skicrossissa. Hän sai lajissa hopeamitalin Sotšin olympialaisissa 2014[1] ja kultaa Pyeongchangin olympialaisissa 2018.

Serwa voitti maailmanmestaruuden vuonna 2011 Deer Valleyssä. Hän on voittanut urallaan viisi maailmancupkilpailua: Sotšissa helmikuussa 2013, Innichen/San Candidossa joulukuussa 2012 ja samassa paikassa kaksi kertaa 2011 sekä Alpe d Huezissa tammikuussa 2011.[2]
