KEK (High Energy Accelerator Research Organization, jap. 高エネルギー加速器研究機構, Kō Enerugī Kasokuki Kenkyū Kikō?) on Japanissa sijaitseva hiukkasfysiikan tutkimuslaitos ja organisaatio. KEK:in päätoimipisteessä Tsukubassa, Ibarakin prefektuurissa sijaitsee muiden muassa Japanin suurin hiukkaskiihdytin KEKB-kiihdyttimestä tehty SuperKEKB.[1]
