Joseph Alberic Twisleton-Wykeham-Fiennes[1] (s. 27. toukokuuta 1970 Salisbury, Wiltshire, Iso-Britannia) on brittiläinen näyttelijä.
Joseph Fiennes tunnetaan parhaiten rooleistaan elokuvissa Elisabet (1998), Rakastunut Shakespeare (1998), Luther (2003) ja Vihollinen porteilla (2001). Hän oli vuonna 1999 ehdolla Bafta-palkinnon saajaksi roolistaan elokuvassa Rakastunut Shakespeare.[2]
Fiennes esitti FBI-agentti Mark Benfordia ABC:n draamasarjassa FlashForward vuosina 2009–2010.
Salisburyssa syntynyt Fiennes on esiintynyt menestyksellä myös näytelmissä. Hänen isänsä Mark Fiennes oli valokuvaaja ja äitinsä Jennifer Lash kirjailija ja taidemaalari. Myös hänen veljensä Ralph Fiennes on näyttelijä.
