John Burdon Sanderson Haldane (5. marraskuuta 1892 – 1. joulukuuta 1964) oli brittiläinen geneetikko ja evoluutiobiologi. Hän oli Ronald Fisherin ja Sewall Wrightin ohella yksi populaatiogenetiikan keksijöistä.
Haldane otti ensimmäisenä käyttöön sanan klooni vuonna 1963 puheessaan Biological Possibilities for the Human Species of the Next Ten-Thousand Years.
