Italian tasavallan ansioritarikunta (ital. Ordine al merito della Repubblica italiana) on Italian valtion korkein mahdollinen kunniamerkkejä myöntävä taho. Ritarikunta perustettiin vuonna 1951 ja sen kunniamerkit myönnetään poikkeuksellisesta ansiosta Italian tasavallan hyväksi taiteen, tieteen, talouden, kirjallisuuden, julkisen viran hoitamisen, sosiaalisen, humanitaarisen tai filantrooppisen toiminnan saralla. Ritarikunnan jäsenet käyttävät nimensä edessä tunnusta O.M.R.I.[1][2]

Kunniamerkkiä jaetaan viidessä luokassa, joiden yläpuolella on erikoisluokka:[3]

  • suurristin ritari ketjuilla
  • suurristi (I luokka)
  • suurupseeri (II luokka)
  • komentaja (III luokka)
  • upseeri (IV luokka)
  • ritari (V luokka)
