Enterprise Estonia on Viron taloutta kehittävä valtion organisaatio, jonka kohteena ovat mm. teknologia, matkailun edistys ja vienti. Sen toimintatapa on rahoitus ja neuvonta. Sen rahoituksesta suuri osa on tullut Euroopan komission rakennerahastosta.

Organisaatiossa toimii pieni avaruustoimisto, joten käytännössä "EE" on Viron avaruusjärjestö. Viron ja Euroopan avaruusjärjestön välinen ns. PECS-sopimus astui voimaan 22. syyskuuta 2010 ja on voimassa viisi vuotta.
