Eger (tšek. Ohře) on Elben sivujoki Saksan Baijerissa ja Tšekissä. Joki saa alkunsa Weißenstadtin läheisyydessä Fichtelgebirge-vuoristossa ja yhtyy Elbeen Litoměřicessa. Sen pituus on 361 kilometriä.[1]

Joen nimi juontuu kelttiläisestä sanasta agara.[2]
