Boeing 747 Large Cargo Freighter (tunnetaan myös nimellä Dreamlifter) on Boeingin Boeing 747:stä tehty laajarunkoinen rahtilentokone. Se on suunniteltu Boeing 787 Dreamliner -koneiden osien kuljettamista varten. Dreamlifterit ovat modifioituja normaalista reittiliikenteestä poistettuja 747-koneita.[1]
Keväällä 2020 koneilla kuljetettiin koronavirusepidemiassa tarvittuja suojavarusteita Kiinasta Yhdysvaltoihin.[2]
