Tebaida[1] (antzinako grezieraz: Θηβαΐδα, Thēbaïda edo Θηβαΐς, Thēbaïs) Antzinako Egiptoko eskualdea izan zen, Egipto Garaiko hegoaldeko muturrean zeuden hamahiru nomoek (Abidosetik Asuanera) barnean zituena. Izena egiptoar hiriburua zen Tebastik zetorkion.
Ptolomeotar Egipton, Tebasko epistrategosek gobernatutako probintzia izan zen. Erromatar Inperioan, Dioklezianok probintzia bilakatu eta I. Maximiana Thebanorum legioaren egoitza izan zen.
