Bosumtwi aintzira (ingelesez: Lake Bosumtwi) Ghanako aintzira natural bakarra da. Krater baten barnean dagoen laku bat da, meteorito baten antzinako talka batek eragindakoa.[1] Kumasitik 30 kilometro hego-ekialdera dago eta aisialdirako gune bat da.[2] 30 herrixka inguru daude lakutik gertu, eta 70.000 pertsona inguru.
Ashantiek Bosumtwi aintzira sakratutzat hartzen dute. Sinesmen tradizionalen arabera, hildakoen arimak Asase Ya jainkosari agur esatera bertara joaten dira.
