Boothiako golkoa (ingelesez: Gulf of Boothia) Kanadako ipar-ekialdeko golkoa da, Nunavuten dagoena, Printze-erregeordearen itsasartearen iparraldean.[1] William Edward Parryren eskifaiak begiztatu zuen 1822an. Zazpi urte geroago, John Rossek zeharkatu zuen eta Felix Booth bere babeslearen izena eman zion.
