Baharata (arabieraz: بَهَارَات‎Bahārāt; euskaraz: «espeziak») espezia nahasketa bat da, arabiar sukaldaritzan erabili ohi dena, batez ere Libanon, Jordanian, Sirian, Palestinan, Israelen, Iraken edo Turkian.

Osagai hauek ditu: Jamaikako piperbeltza, kuminoa, kardamomoa, piperbeltza eta beste batzuk, aukeran, hala nola piperrauts gozoa, martorria, kanela,intxaur muskatua, iltzea, jengibrea, fenogrekoa (Libanon), menda (Turkian) edo limoi lehorra (Ekialde Hurbilean), arrosa petaloak (Tunisian). Tokien araberako aldaerak daude, eta izenak ere aldatzen dira. Pertsiar golkoan, adibidez, kebsa du izena.

Oro har, aroma areagotzeko erabiltzen da zopetan, tomate saltsetan, dilistetan, pilaf plateretan, kus-kusean, arrainean, oilaskoan eta beste haragi batzuetan. Osagaien arabera, postreetan ere erabiltzen da.[1]
