Venemaa keisririigi 1897. aasta rahvaloendus oli Venemaa keisririigis 1897 läbi viidud rahvaloendus. See oli esimene ülevenemaaline rahvaloendus. Rahvaloendus algas 9. veebruaril (vkj 28. jaanuaril) 1897. Rahvaloendus hõlmas ka Eestimaa ja Liivimaa kubermangu, ent ei hõlmanud Soome suurvürstiriiki.

Rahvaloenduse tulemuse järgi elas keisririigis 125 640 021 inimest, kellest linnades elas 16 828 395 inimest (13,4%).

Eesti alal elas rahvaloenduse järgi 868 000 inimest ja neist eestlasi oli 91%.

Tallinnas elas rahvaloenduse järgi 64 600 inimest ja elanike arvu järgi oli Tallinn keisririigi linnadest 37. kohal.
