Rahvusvaheline Rekonstrueerimis- ja Arengupank (ka Rahvusvaheline Rekonstruktsiooni- ja Arengupank, inglise International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, lühendina IBRD) on rahvusvaheline finantseerimisasutus, mis pakub laene keskmise suurusega sissetulekutega arengumaadele. IBRD on esimene viiest liikmesasutusest, mis moodustavad Maailmapanga Grupi, ning selle peakorter asub Ameerika Ühendriikides Washingtonis.

IBRD asutati aastal 1944 Teisest maailmasõjast laastatud Euroopa riikide ülesehitamise rahastamiseks. Rahvusvahelist Rekonstrueerimis- ja Arengupanka ning selle soodustingimustel laene pakkuvat allasutust Rahvusvahelist Arenguassotsiatsiooni koos tuntakse Maailmapangana, kuivõrd neil kahel organisatsioonil on ühine juhtkond ja töötajaskond.
