Pinnase mineraliseerimine

Pinnase mineraliseerimine ehk maapinna mineraliseerimine on metsanduses kamara eemaldamine või purustamine kuni 15 cm sügavuseni kas käsitsi või mehhaniseeritult.

Pinnase mineraliseerimist kasutatakse metsauuendusel pinnase ettevalmistamiseks, et seeme jõuaks pinnasesse ja hakkaks idanema külviga samal aastal. Mineraliseerimine soodustab ka looduslikku uuenemist.

Pinnase pealmist kihti tohib purustada kuni 50% ulatuses raielangi pindalast.

Negatiivsed mõjud

Mineraliseerimise tulemusel väheneb mulla huumuskiht ja eraldub palju süsihappegaasi. Samuti väheneb üldine koosluse elurikkus.
