Mikkeli muuseum on aastal 1997 Kadrioru lossi kunagises köögimajas avatud kunstimuuseum, kus eksponeeritakse peamiselt Eesti kunstikollektsionääri Johannes Mikkeli kunstikogu.[1]

Muuseumis on eksponeeritud 16.–20. sajandi Lääne-Euroopa, Vene, Hiina ja eesti kunsti teoseid, mille hulgas on nii maale, graafikat, skulptuure kui ka portselanist teoseid.[2]
