Lihula vanima asustuse muinsuskaitseala on muinsuskaitseala Lihulas, mis hõlmab muistse asustuse kultuurkihile rajatud Lihula linnuse varemed, Lihula mõisaansambli ja ajaloolise linnasüdamiku, mille struktuur ja hoonestus kujunes välja 1940ndate alguseks. Muinsuskaitseala pindala on 44,26 ha.[1]

Lihula vanima asustuse ala võeti esmakordselt muinsuskaitse alla 27. veebruaril 1973.[2]
