Lębork (saksa keeles Lauenburg in Pommern, kašuubi keeles Lãbórg) on linn Poolas Pomorze vojevoodkonnas, Lęborki maakonna halduskeskus.
Lębork sai linnaõigused 1341. aastal. Esimese Poola jagamise tagajärjel läks linn 1772. aastal Preisi kuningriigi võimu alla. 19. sajandil arenes linnas tööstus. Raudteeühenduse sai Lębork 1870. aastal. Tagasi Poola koosseisu läks linn 1945. aastal.[1]
Linnas on sündinud Ameerika Ühendriikide antropoloog ja keeleteadlane Edward Sapir (1884–1939)[2] ja saksa leidur Paul Nipkow (1860–1940).[3]
