Ingolstadt on linn Saksamaal Baieri liidumaal. Asub Doonau kaldal, Münchenist ligikaudu 70 km põhjas.

Ajalugu

Ingolstadti on esmamainitud juba 806. aastal. Umbes 1250. aastal sai Ingolstadt linnaõigused.

Ingolstadtis asuvad autotootja Audi peakorter ja elektroonikakaubamajade keti MediaMarkt peakorter.

Linnas asus 1472. aastal asutatud Ingolstadti ülikool, mis on Müncheni Ülikooli eellane.[2]

Ingolstadt on tähtis liiklussõlm.
