Buenos Airese ülikool (hispaania keeles Universidad de Buenos Aires) on ülikool Argentinas Buenos Aireses; ühtlasi Argentina suurim ülikool.

Ülikool asutati 1821 ja on vanuselt teine ülikool Argentinas.

Ülikoolis õpib üle 328 000 üliõpilase (2012).

QS World University Rankings asetas Buenos Airese Ülikooli 2021. aastal maailma ülikoolide seas 66. kohale. Academic Ranking of World Universities edetabelis oli ülikool 201.–300. Mõlemas edetabelis oli see Argentina ülikoolidest parim.

Nobeli auhinna on saanud neli ülikooli vilistlast või õppejõudu:

Buenos Airese ülikooli vilistlaste seast on välja kasvanud 17 Argentina presidenti. Praegune president Alberto Fernández, kes lõpetas ülikooli 1983. aastal, õppis seal õigusteadust. Ernesto Guevara lõpetas 1953. aastal Buenos Airese ülikooli meditsiini alal.
