Suverena ŝtato
Suverena ŝtato estas ŝtato kun daŭra loĝantaro, difinita teritorio, registaro kaj la kapablo starigi rilatojn kun aliaj suverenaj ŝtatoj.[1]
Oni kutime subkomprenas, ke tia ŝtato ne dependas de iu alia ŝtato aŭ potenco.[2]
