Samuel Spahr LAWS (23a de marto, 1824 – 9a de januaro, 1921) estis usona pastro, profesoro, kuracisto, prezidanto de altlernejo, negocisto kaj inventisto, plej bone konata nuntempe kiel inventisto de la Orindikilo Laws, nome antaŭaĵo de borsindikilo.
Li estis gradigito en 1848 kaj klasa adiaŭdiskursisto en la Miami Universitato de Oxford, Ohio. Li estis sudisto en la Usona Enlanda Milito. Poste li devis foriri en Parizon.
