Noiștat [nojŝtat] (hungare: Újváros, germane: Neustadt) estas vilaĝo en Rumanio nordoriente de Sibiu. En 1910 ĝi havis 688 loĝantojn (germanoj, rumanoj); en 1992 425 (rumanoj). Ĝia unua mencio skriba estas en 1355. Ĝis 1919 ĝi apartenis al Hungario (Nagy-Küküllő vármegye). Administre ĝi apartenas al la komunumo Iacobeni.

La germana kaj la hungara nomoj de la vilaĝo signifas "nov-urbo". La rumana nomo estas fonetika transskribaĵo de la germana.
