Lysander Spooner (19a de januaro 1808 – 14a de majo 1887) estis usona individuisma anarkiisto, politika filozofo, eseisto, pamfletisto, unitarisma kristano aboliciisto, subtenanto de la laborista movado, jurisma teoriulo, kaj entreprenisto de la 19a jarcento. Li estas konata ankaŭ kiel konkurecanto kontraŭ la Usona Poŝta Servo pere de sia entrepreno American Letter Mail Company, kiu fermiĝis post juraj problemoj kun la federacia registaro.
Spooner defendis kion li nomigis natura juro – aŭ la "Scienco de Justico" – en kiu agado de iniciata subpremado kontraŭ individuoj kaj ties propraĵoj estis konsiderata "kontraŭleĝa" sed la tiel nomataj krimaj agoj kiuj kontraŭas nur la homdarita leĝaro ne estas tio.[1]
