Anna SAKSE estis latva sovetunia verkisto. Ŝi publikigis siajn unuajn romanojn en 1925. Ŝia romano Darba cilts rakontas pri agrikultura vivo dum la 19-a jarcento. En 1949 Sakse ricevis premion Stalin pro sia romano Pret kalnu. Ĝi rakontas pri kolektivigo de agrikulturo en Latvio post la dua mondmilito. Ŝi ricevis literaturan premion de Latva SSR en 1949.
