National Gallery of Art, dan Sculpture Garden, adalah sebuah museum seni rupa nasional di Washington, D.C., yang terletak di National Mall, antara 3rd dan 9th Streets, di Constitution Avenue NW. Dibuka untuk umum dan bebas biaya masuk, museum tersebut didirikan secara swasta pada 1937 bagi rakyat AMerika melalui sebuah resolusi bersama Kongres Amerika Serikat. Andrew W. Mellon menyumbangkan koleksi seni substansial dan mendanai pembangunannya. Koleksi intinya meliputi karya-karya seni rupa besar yang disumbangkan oleh Paul Mellon, Ailsa Mellon Bruce, Lessing J. Rosenwald, Samuel Henry Kress, Rush Harrison Kress, Peter Arrell Brown Widener, Joseph E. Widener, dan Chester Dale. Koleksi lukisan, gambar, cetakan, foto, patung, medali dan seni dekoratif dari Galeri tersebut menampilkan perkembangan Seni Rupa Barat dari Abad Pertengahan sampai sekarang, termasuk satu-satunya lukisan karya Leonardo da Vinci di benua Amerika dan alat bergerak terbesar buatan Alexander Calder.
