ভিয়েনা (/viˈɛnə/;[5][6] জাৰ্মান: Wien, উচ্চাৰণ [viːn] (
শুনক)) অষ্ট্ৰিয়াৰ নখন প্ৰদেশৰ এখন। ই অষ্ট্ৰিয়াৰ ভিতৰতে সৰ্ববৃহৎ মহানগৰী আৰু ইয়াৰ ৰাজধানী। এই মহানগৰৰ জনসংখ্যা প্ৰায় ১.৮ মিলিয়ন যি অষ্ট্ৰিয়াৰ মুঠ জনসংখ্যাৰ এক তৃতীয়াংশ। [4] জনসংখ্যাৰ ফালৰ পৰা ভিয়েনা ইউৰোপিয়ান ইউনিয়নৰ ভিতৰত সপ্তম বৃহৎ মহানগৰ। বিংশ শতাব্দীৰ আৰম্ভণিলৈকে এই মহানগৰীৰ বিশ্বৰ সৰ্ববৃহৎ জাৰ্মান ভাষী বসবাস কৰা মহানগৰৰূপে পৰিগণিত হৈছিল।[7] বৰ্তমান বাৰ্লিনৰ পিছতে জাৰ্মানভাষী লোকৰ জনসংখ্যাৰ ক্ষেত্ৰত এই মহানগৰীৰ স্থান দ্বিতীয়।[8][9] ৰাষ্ট্ৰসংঘ, অপেক (OPEC)-কে ধৰি ভিয়েনাত ভালেসংখ্যক আন্তৰাষ্ট্ৰীয় সংগঠন আছে।
ভৌগোলিক অৱস্থান
[সম্পাদনা কৰক]ভিয়েনা অষ্ট্ৰিয়াৰ পূবে অৱস্থিত। এই চহৰৰ সীমাত চেক ৰিপাব্লিক, শ্ল’ভাকিয়া আৰু হাংগেৰী অৱস্থিত। সীমামূৰীয়া ব্ৰেটিছলাভা (Bratislava)-ৰ সৈতে ভিয়েনাই তিনি মিলিয়ন লোকৰ এক মেট্ৰ’পলিটান মহানগৰৰ সৃষ্টি কৰিছে। ২০০১ চনত ইয়াৰ চিটি চেণ্টাৰক ইউনেষ্ক’ই ৱৰ্ল্ড হেৰিটেজ ছাইট ৰূপে স্বীকৃতি দিছে।[10]
