Hi MADAN LAL RAHI! Thanks for reaching out about how to add photos. Were you hoping to add a photo of yourself to your user page? In general, as noted above, Wikipedia is not a suitable place to make a profile of yourself. If you're interested in uploading photos in general to improve Wikipedia articles on other topics, I'd encourage learning more about Wikimedia Commons here: Commons:Welcome. For example, you could take photos of historic landmarks and buildings in your area and upload them to Commons for use as illustrations in relevant articles.
