I'm sorry you've been bothered by Arbiteroftruth, who was trying to get you blocked for no reason. You don't need to change your username, and the username policy even says that it is perfectly acceptable to have a name that is not written in the Latin alphabet.

I am not sure what will happen with your username once you change it. Of course, you don't have to change (I never said you have to. I think I have a solution to this "problem". Your username, when transliterated into English, is Samarqandi (I assume). There is an option for you to change your signature on Wikipedia, and you can simply insert the transliterated name alongside your Arabic username.
