General Liang Pi (or Aisin Giro Liangbi, 愛新覺羅·良弼) (1877 - January 29, 1912), with the courtesy name Laichen, who was bestowed with the Red Ribbon under the Bordered Yellow Banner, was one of the Constitutionalist leaders in the late Qing Dynasty, Chief of the Staff of the General Staff Department, and former Commandant of the Imperial Guards. After the Revolution of 1911, he was assassinated in Beijing on Jan. 26, 1912 by a suicide attack launched by the Chinese nationalist Peng Jiazhen [1].
