I'm a relative newbie as far as the wonderful world of Wiki is concerned so please be gentle with me. For anyone who cares (and I really wouldn't blame you if you didn't), here is a little about me:

- Occupation: Wife/mother/dogsbody
- Education: I'm training towards becoming a psychotherapist. I also have a foundation degree in Animal Science and am part-way towards a Diploma in Advanced Animal Behaviour.
Interests
[edit]- Animal behaviour and welfare as well as natural history and the natural world in general.
- American literature - John Steinbeck and Ernest Hemingway in particular.
- Italy - My two older sisters have emigrated to Italy, one to Tuscany and one to Umbria and I've visited the country countless times since around 1985.
