DaveJB (1985-present) is a Wikipedia user from Lincoln in the United Kingdom.
In real-life, he works a lot in photography and digital animation, and is currently studying an MA in the latter. He is also a fan of film, classic animation, various TV shows, football and motorsports.
On Wikipedia, he mainly deals with articles dealing with these subjects. He is also known to deplore the recent "less is better" attitude taken by many Wikipedia editors, and feels that the site's original "Wikipedia is not a paper encyclopaedia" ethos has been subverted into a "Wikipedia is not a paper encyclopaedia... but we should act like it is one anyway."
