It is, indeed, in need of massive cleanup. However, for a technical reason, I'm going to remove the cleanup tag. It appears on pages using the template and directs users at that page's talk page. I think this template should be trimmed both in style and in substance. To make it smaller and more clear, I propose that only links to articles be listed alphabetically. This would eliminate the sorting of links and extra descriptions. Also, I think the "Other Sex acts" section should be split into its own template, and the "Sources of sex positions" section removed entirely.
